Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be cancelled with no charge or penalty, except for a $50.00 cancellation fee, a full 15 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations within 14 days or less of the scheduled arrival date will not be refunded for any reason. All cancellations must be made through the website or through email communication.

Deposit Policy

To confirm a reservation BCVR requires a nonrefundable deposit of payment equal to $50.00 to be paid at the time dates are secured and will be applied to your reservation total. Payment in full is required 15 days prior to the check-in date. BCVR will automatically charge the balance due to the original card on file 14 days prior to the check-in date. Reservations made within 14 days of the check-in date will be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.
